Throttle Body Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement).
2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the throttle body.




3. Remove the throttle body bolts and throttle body.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Position the throttle body to the intake air heater and install the throttle body bolts and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).




2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the throttle body.
3. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement).
