Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
2. Remove the headrest. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Head Restraint Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .
3. Remove the armrests. Refer to Front Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Front Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) or Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury))Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .
4. Disconnect the hook-and-loop fasteners that retain the seat cushion cover to the pad along the seat back break line.




5. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back.



Installation Procedure






Important: For the best finished appearance when attaching the seat back cover to the pad, proceed as follows:


Install the seat back pad to the seat back frame.


1. Center the seat back cover on the pad.
2. Starting at the top and working down the sides, apply pressure along the break line. This helps attach the seat back cover to the J-hook fasteners.
3. Reset the hook-and-loop fasteners that retain the seat back cushion to the pad.
4. Install the armrests. Refer to Front Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Front Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) or Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury))Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .
5. Install the headrest. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Head Restraint Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .
6. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
