Front Seat Cushion Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (Front Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
2. Remove the plastic retainers which secure the front seat belt buckle electrical connector to the seat cushion (1), if equipped.
3. Remove the 4 bolts (3) which secure the seat cushion (1) to the seat adjusters (2, 4).




4. Turn the front seat over and remove the seat cushion (1) from the seat adjusters (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the seat cushion (1) to the seat adjusters (2).





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Turn the front seat over and install the 4 bolts (3) which secure the seat cushion (1) to the seat adjusters (2, 4).

Tighten the front seat cushion bolts to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).

3. Install the front seat belt buckle electrical connector to the seat cushion (1), if equipped. Secure the connector to the cushion with the plastic retainers
4. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (Front Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
