Front Seat Replacement - Bucket

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the 4 front seat adjuster finish covers (1, 3) by sliding from the seat adjusters.
2. Disconnect the front seat belt buckle electrical connector (2), if equipped.
3. Remove the 4 anchor bolts which secure the front seat to the floor pan.
4. Position the seat back cushion forward in order to ease in the removal of the seat from the vehicle.
5. Remove the front seat from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the front seat to the vehicle. Position the seat back cushion back to the upright position. Secure the seat with the 4 anchor bolts.

Tighten the front seat anchor bolts to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).

2. Connect the front seat belt buckle electrical connector (2), if equipped.
3. Install the 4 front seat adjuster finish covers (1, 3) to the seat adjusters.
