Hood Hold-Open Rod Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and suitably support the hood.
2. Remove the hood hold open rod from the plastic retainer.
3. Rotate the hood hold open rod.
4. Remove the hood hold open rod from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the hood hold open rod to the vehicle.
2. Install the hood hold open rod to the plastic retainer.
3. Lower the hood.
