Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Chassis)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine compartment fuel feed pipe. Refer to Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine Compartment) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine Compartment)Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Chassis).

2. Remove the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement (Volt) .

3. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement Removal and Replacement.




4. Remove the fuel feed pipe (1) from the engine compartment bulkhead plastic clips (2).




5. Remove the fuel feed pipe (1) from the plastic clips (2).




6. Remove the fuel feed pipe (1) from the plastic clips (2).

7. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector (3).

8. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe quick connect (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.




9. Remove the fuel feed pipe (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the vehicle.




2. Connect the fuel feed pipe quick connect (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.

3. Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the plastic clips (2).

4. Connect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector (3).




5. Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the plastic clips (2).




6. Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the engine compartment bulkhead plastic clips (2).

7. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement Removal and Replacement.

8. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement (Volt) .

9. Install the engine compartment fuel feed pipe. Refer to Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine Compartment) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine Compartment)Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Chassis).
