Shoulder Belt Replacement - Rear (Five Door/Wagon)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the back shelf pane and C-pillar trim panel.




2. Remove the rear seat belt retractor bolts (LH, RH). The center seat belt retractor is not separately serviceable and should be replaced with rear seatback.




3. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.




4. Remove the floor seat belt anchor bolts.
5. Remove the seat belt.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice.

1. Install the floor seat belt anchor bolts.

Tighten the floor seat belt anchor bolt to 38 Nm (28 lb ft).




2. Install the rear seat belt retractor bolts (LH, Center, RH) on the back panel.

Tighten the rear seat belt retractor bolts to 38 Nm (28 lb ft).




3. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.




4. Install the backshelf panel and C-pillar trim panel with four securing screws.
