Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution Technician Safety Information.

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.
2. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation Service and Repair.
3. Remove the front mud guard. Refer to Guard Mud - Rear (One or Both) Replacement Service and Repair.
4. Remove the screws and the front wheel well splash shield.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice.

1. Install the screws and the front wheel well splash shield.

Tighten the front wheel well splash shield screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

2. Install the front mud guard. Refer to Guard Mud - Rear (One or Both) Replacement Service and Repair.
3. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation Service and Repair.
4. Lower the vehicle.
