Radio Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Refer to Radio Programming and Setup (Radio Programming and Setup) for preparing the Navigation Radio for Shipment.
2. Remove the Instrument panel (I/P) center trim. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement).




3. Remove the bolts (1) securing the radio to the I/P.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connectors.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the bolts (1) securing the radio the I/P and tighten the bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
3. Install the I/P center trim. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement).
4. Refer to Control Module References (Programming and Relearning) for programming and setup information.
