Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

COOLING FANS






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Front end beauty panel.
2. Air cleaner.
3. Left hand engine support torque strut.
4. Relocate upper radiator hose out of the way.
5. Upper transmission oil cooler line.
6. Fan electrical connectors.
7. Cooling fans (4 bolts).

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Fans to vehicle, securing with four bolts.

TIGHTEN
^ Fan mounting bolts to 10 Nm (88 lb. in.).

2. Electrical connector.
3. Upper transmission oil cooler line.
4. Reposition radiator hose.
5. Left hand engine support torque strut.
6. Air cleaner.
7. Front end beauty panel.
