Front Side Door Inside Handle Illumination Lamp Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.




2. From the back side of the trim panel, unsnap to release the lamp harness (1) from the door trim by pulling the wire leads using a flat-bladed tool.
3. Cut the existing lamp harness wires (1) approximately 89 mm (3.5 in) from the connector end.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the new inside handle illumination lamp (1). At the middle of the harness, cut the wires to remove the connector end. On the other end, remove the lamp from the housing. Discard the connector end and housing.
