51 49 090 - Removing and installing/replacing rear lid lower section armor-plating (Security)





Raise trim (1) and disengage springs (2) as illustrated.
Release screws () on rear lid lower section armor-plating (3).
Remove rear lid lower section armor-plating (3).

Important!
Risk of damage!
When springs (2) are disengaged, rear lid must not be closed.





Installation Note:
Carefully insert screws by hand. Threads must not be tight. Risk of damage to additionally pressed-in threaded bushes.
