Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Service and Repair

54 12 115 - Removing and installing glass slide/tilt sunroof lid





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove gaiter Replacing Left or Right Gaiter For Glass Slide/Tilt Sunroof





Release left and right screws (1).
Lift glass slide/tilt sunroof lid upwards to remove.

Installation:
Replace screws and insert with Loctite.
Adjust Adjustments glass slide/tilt sunroof lid.
Tightening torque 54 12 01AZ 54 12 Mechanical Components (of Sun Roof).
Initialize Testing and Inspection glass slide/tilt sunroof.
