61 62 030 - Removing and installing/replacing wiper arm on rear window





Special tools required:
- 61 6 060 61 6 060 Universal Wiper Arm Puller





Spread internal catches (2) as illustrated and remove cover cap (1) in direction of arrow.





Catches (1) and mounts (2) of cover cap (3) must not be damaged.





Set wiper arm (1) upwards.

Slacken nut (2).

Tightening torque 61 62 5AZ 61 62 Tailgate Window Wiper.

Press off wiper arm (1) with special tool 61 6 060 61 6 060 Universal Wiper Arm Puller and remove.





Installation:
Before fitting wiper arm, allow wiping system to run two wipe cycles into park position.

Adjust measurement (A) between wiper arm and rear window edge.

Measurement (A): 35 ± 3 mm.
