Removing and Installing/Replacing Rear Center Seat Belt

72 11 103 - Removing and installing/replacing rear center seat belt





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Expose operating area of backrest cover with padding Replacing Backrest Cover For Rear Seat (Through-Loading System) On Left
- Remove rear seat Rear Seat, Through-Loading
- Unhook seat belt Bowden cable Removing and Installing/Replacing Lock for Left Rear Seat Backrest (Through-Loading System) from backrest lock





Unscrew screw.
Tightening torque 72 11 1AZ [1][2]Seat Belt Systems.
Remove left belt buckle and middle lower strap.

Installation Note:
Belt buckle of lower strap must point to middle.





Release screw (1) of automatic reel (2) for middle seat belt.
Tightening torque 72 11 15AZ [1][2]Seat Belt Systems.





Installation Note:
Pay attention to coding.
Lug (1) of backrest must lie in recess (2) of middle automatic reel for fixing.





Unclip Bowden cable from rear panel holders.
Remove automatic reel (1).
