Tail Light Bulb: Service and Repair

63 99 315 - Replacing light bulb(s) for left or right rear light





Warning!

Rear light in side panel:
Remove socket housing for rear light Replacing a Socket Housing for Left or Right Rear Light (Side Panel).
Press bulb (1) in direction of socket housing for rear light (5), turn in counterclockwise direction and remove from socket housing for rear light (5).
Pull bulbs (2, 3, 4) out of socket housing for rear light (5).

Note:
- Bulb, direction indicator light (1)
- Bulb, reversing light (2)
- Bulb, brake light (3)
- Bulb, brake light / adaptive brake light (ECE) (4)





Rear light in rear lid:
Remove socket housing for rear light Replacing a Socket Housing for Left or Right Rear Light (on Rear Lid).
Turn bulb (1) in direction of arrow and pull out of bulb holder (2).
