51 47 030 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear (Inside) Left Or Right Entrance Cover Strip

Special tools required:







Detach mucket (1) in area of entrance cover strip (2).
Using special tool 00 9 317, detach door sill cover strip (2) from clamp (3) and clips (4) in upward direction.

Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty retainers (3).
If necessary, release clips (4) from vehicle.







Installation:
Lugs (1) must not be damaged or missing.
If necessary, fit missing or faulty clips (2) on entrance cover strip (3).
Fit entrance cover strip (3) with preinstalled clips (2).
