Removal and Replacement

32 32 050 - Removing and installing/replacing steering lock cylinder





Special tools required:
- 32 3 110 32 3 110 Releasing Tool





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove ring antenna Service and Repair





If necessary, unlock interlock through bore (1).
With ignition lock key, turn lock cylinder to required position "R" = radio, windscreen wipers, etc.
Press special tool 32 3 110 32 3 110 Releasing Tool into locking cylinder hole and remove locking cylinder.





Note:
Use special tool 32 3 110 32 3 110 Releasing Tool to disengage lock (1). If necessary, special tool 32 3 110 32 3 110 Releasing Tool must be turned in bore.
