Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front inner cup holder 51 16 202 Removing and Installing/Replacing Front (Inner or Outer) Cup Holder
- Remove decorative strip on instrument panel on right 51 45 380 Removing and Installing (Replacing) Right Decorative Strip on Instrument Panel
- Remove right glovebox with housing 51 16 366 Removing and Installing Right Glovebox With Housing





Remove screws (1) and (2).

Note:
Front inner cup holder carrier (3) can only be removed together with airbag module on passenger side (4).
