72 11 010 Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Belt Handover

72 11 010 - Removing and installing or replacing left or right belt handover





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear side trim panel Removing and Installing Rear Left or Right Side Trim Panel





Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.
Unscrew nuts (2).
Tightening torque 72 11 07AZ Specifications.

Note:
If the screw head spins, hold the head in the lateral position with a pair of pliers. The screws must be replaced each time they are removed as the applied screw securing adhesive can only be used once.





Belt handover:
1. must be swung out in direction of arrow and
2. fed out of side trim panel.






Installation:
Insert sleeves (1) correctly into rubber mount (2).
