Removing and Installing / Replacing Flywheel (S85 7-Speed SMG)

11 22 500 - Removing and installing/replacing flywheel (S85)





Special tools required:
- 11 4 180 11 4 180 Screwdriver Socket Torx T60
- 11 9 260 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection
- 11 9 265 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove transmission Removing and Installing Transmission (GS7S47BG SMG).
- Remove clutch 7 Speed.





Secure flywheel with special tools 11 9 265 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection and 11 9 260 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection.
Release flywheel screws with special tool 11 4 180 11 4 180 Screwdriver Socket Torx T60.
Tightening torque: 11 22 1AZ 11 22 Flywheel.





Assemble engine.
