Convertible Top Frame: Adjustments

54 34 085 - Adjusting (tensioning) control element





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Relieve tension on control element
- Close convertible top completely





Move a piece of paper between pin and guide in marked area (3).
Tension control element (1) by turning.
Tension control element (1) until contact can be felt between pin, paper and guide.
Remove paper and tension control element (1) by another 1/2 turn.
Tighten lock nut (2).
