Rear Shelf: Service and Repair

51 46026 - Removing and installing/replacing front air outlet trim grill





Special tools required:
- 00 9 317 00 9 317 Trim Panel Wedge





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Partially fold backrest Removing and Installing/Replacing Backrest forwards.





Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 54 62 2AZ [1][2]Roll Bar.
Remove panel at rear/front for roll bar.





Lever out trim (1) all round with special tool 00 9 317 00 9 317 Trim Panel Wedge and remove.





Ribs (1) and guides (2) on trim (3) must not be damaged.





Lever out expander rivets (1).

Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty expander rivets.





Release screws (1).
Remove trim grill towards top.
