Special tools required:
- 32 1 021 32 1 020 Set of Tools
- 32 1 022 32 1 020 Set of Tools
- 32 1 023 32 1 020 Set of Tools





Remove FCD coupling Notes on Removing/Installing FCD Clutches.

Only following parts can be replaced on coupling head:

(1) - FCD dirt seal
(2) - Support ring
(3) - O-ring

Important!
Support ring and O-ring must not be mixed up!

Always fit repair kit for FCD coupling completely.





Press in special tool 32 1 023 32 1 020 Set of Tools as far as it will go in connecting piece on hydraulic steering gear. Then pull out again.





Remove spring ring (1) from special tool 32 1 023 32 1 020 Set of Tools.





Lay new spring ring (1) in special tool 32 1 021 32 1 020 Set of Tools.

Using special tool 32 1 022 32 1 020 Set of Tools, press spring ring (1) into connection. In so doing, press through special tool as far as it will go.

Installation Note:
Bore hole in special tool 32 1 021 32 1 020 Set of Tools is conical. Special tool must rest with stepped side securely on connection of hydraulic steering gear.
