Removing and Installing Complete Cooler Box

64 11 475 - Removing and installing complete cooler box





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove cover (optional extra: cooler box) Removing and Installing Complete Armrest for Rear Seat Backrest





Disconnect plug connection (1).
Unscrew nuts (2).
Remove compensating shims (3).

Installation:
Align cooler box centrally.
Make sure compensating shims (3) are in correct installation position.
Tighten nuts (2) to specified torque: Tightening torque 64 11 5AZ [1][2]Mechanical Specifications.





Release screws (1).
Release nuts (2) and remove holder (3).
Gently pull floor inlay (4) towards rear.
Pull out cooler box (5) in direction of arrow.
