Note This system does not feature diagnostic capabilities, using the BMW DIS or MoDiC.

Description and Operation
- The unloader relay K61 (terminal 61) can be checked in accordance with Alternator / Testing and Inspection.

The defect description is only applicable up to and including model year 1990.
