Subframe Mount Assembly Overview






1 Bolt

• Replace

• 40 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Transmission plate to transmission

2 Bolts

• Replace

• 40 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Pendulum support to transmission

3 Engine Support

4 Bolt

• Engine support to engine

5 Engine Mount

6 Bolt

• Engine mount to body

7 Connecting Bar

8 Bolt

• Connecting bar to engine

9 Bolt

• Connecting bar to body

10 Bolt

• Engine mount to body

11 Bolts

• Engine mount to engine support

12 Pendulum Support

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Pendulum Support ] Pendulum Support

13 Bolt

• Replace

• 100 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Pendulum support to subframe

14 Bolt

• Replace

• 60 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Transmission mount to transmission plate

15 Bolt

• Replace

• 40 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Transmission mount to body

16 Transmission Mount

• Tightening sequence

17 Bolt

• Replace

• 40 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Transmission plate to transmission

18 Bolt

• Replace

• 40 Nm plus an additional 90°

• Transmission plate to transmission

Transmission Side Subframe Mount Tightening Sequence





- Insert transmission plate - A - between transmission and transmission mount support arm.

- Tighten transmission plate on transmission.

- Raise transmission to transmission mount support arm with Engine Support Bridge (10 - 222 A) spindle.

- Next, install bolts - 2 -, but only hand tight.

Risk of damaging threads in transmission mount support arm due to bolts inserted crooked.

• Before installing bolts - 2 -, transmission plate and transmission mount support arm must be absolutely parallel to each other. If necessary, raise rear of transmission with trolley jack.

- Only tighten bolts if subframe is installed.
