Oil Pressure Regulator Valve: Service and Repair

Oil Pressure Regulation Valve (N428)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Oil Collecting and Extracting Device (V.A.G 1782)



Removing

- Remove the noise insulation.

- Place the (V.A.G 1782) under the engine.






- Disconnect the connector - 1 -.

- Remove the bolt - 2 - and the oil pressure regulation valve - 3 -.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Oil Pan and Oil Pump Overview ] Oil Pan and Oil Pump Overview.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

• Replace the O-ring.
