Fuel Level Sensor (G)

Removing

- Follow all safety precautions. Refer to => [ Safety Precautions ] Safety Precautions.

- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to => [ Clean Working Conditions ] Clean Working Conditions.

• During installation, the cable ties must be installed at the same location.

- Remove the fuel delivery unit. Refer to => [ Fuel Delivery ] Fuel Delivery.

- Disconnect the connector - 4 - by pressing the release - arrow -.






- Cut through the cable ties - 2 - and free up the electrical connector.

- Release the retaining tabs - 1 and 3 - and remove the fuel level sensor upward.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Insert the fuel level sensor in the guides on the fuel delivery unit and push down until it engages.

- Connect the connector. Make sure it is secure.

- Install the fuel delivery unit => [ Installing ] Fuel Delivery while following the information on connecting the battery.
