Metal Valve Body

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

- Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.

- Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten - item 7 - => [ (Item 7) Union Nut ] Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor Overview, Direct System.

- Secure against turning with counter hold - 1 - (for example, a 2 mm drill bit).






- Press the tire pressure sensor - 1 - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated screw - item 6 - => [ (Item 6) Micro-Encapsulated Bolt ] Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor Overview, Direct System.
