Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing






- Unclip roof panel trim - 1 - with the (3409).

- Pull roof panel trim - 1 - downward. Clamps - 2 - are removed from mounting points - 5 - on assembly bridge - 3 -.

Installing






Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• If roof panel trim clamps - 2 - remain in mounting points - 5 - in assembly bridge - 3 - on the headliner, remove them and insert them in the trim.

• Check clamps for damage or deformation, replace if necessary.

- Draw door seal lip - 4 - over roof panel trim.

Ensure that the roof panel trim is held securely.
