Inner Tail Lamps

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Wedge (T10383)

Observe notes on contact corrosion => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Removal






- Turn the headlamp switch to "0".

- Extend the spoiler. Refer to the Owner's Manual.

- Remove the rear lid lower trim panel.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 -.

- Remove the nut - 1 -.

- Pry off the covers - 1 - using (T10383/1).






- Remove the bolts - 4 -.






- Carefully remove the cover - 3 - by the side - arrow -. The tabs - 1 and 2 - will release when doing this.

- Remove the inner inner tail lamp - 5 -.

Installation






• Tightening specification, refer to => [ LED Inner Tail Lamp Overview ] LED Inner Tail Lamp Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Replace the entire inner tail lamp if the LED is faulty.

• Make sure the seal between the body and tail lamp housing seals correctly.

- Mount the inner tail lamp - 6 - on the attachment - 5 - for the rear lid.

- Tighten the nut - 1 - and push on the inner tail lamp.

• The inner tail lamp must touch the rear lid - arrows -.

- Connect the connector - 2 -.

- Tighten the screws - 4 - and push on the cover - 3 - until is clicks into the place.
