Coolant Fan

Removing

• During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.

- Remove fan shroud. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud ] Fan Shroud.

- Remove the bolts - 1 - or - 2 - and remove the fan wheel.






- Remove the radiator fan bolts - arrows -.

- Free up the wiring harness and remove the radiator fan.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Fan Shroud and Coolant Fan Overview ] Fan Shroud and Coolant Fan Overview.

- Pay attention to the installed position of the fan wheel

• The bolt - 2 - must lock into the hole - 1 -.






- Install fan shroud. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud ] Fan Shroud.
