1 Ribbed Belt
• Check for wear
• Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt
• Do not kink
• When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
2 Bolt
• 20 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
• Replace
3 Shim
• Replace
4 Idler Roller Cover
5 Generator
6 Bolt
7 Idler Roller Cover
8 Bolt
• 23 Nm
9 Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt
• On the generator bracket
• Pay attention to the installed position
10 Bolt
• 40 Nm
11 Generator and Idler Roller Bracket

13 Right Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt
• Pay attention to the installed position
14 Left Idler Roller Cover

• Pay attention to the installed position

• Replace
28 Bracket for Assemblies

• Do not remove or disconnect refrigerant lines
• Be careful of the alignment sleeves - item 32 - when installing
32 Alignment Bushing
• 2 pieces
• Make sure the accessory assembly bracket fits correctly

• 23 Nm
34 Ribbed Belt Tensioning Damper
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] Service and Repair
35 Bolt
• 50 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
• Replace
36 Vibration Damper with Ribbed Belt Pulley
