Windshield Wiper Blades

Removing






- Bring windshield wiper into service position. Refer to => [ Windshield Wipers, Bringing into Service Position ] Description and Operation.

- Lift off wiper arm from front windshield.

- Press the retaining clip - arrow A -.

- Push wiper blade - 1 - off the wiper arm - 2 - in the direction of - arrow B -.

- Remove wiper blade.

Installing


There is a risk of damaging the body.

• The driver and passenger side wiper blades are different lengths.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Guide wiper blade - 1 - parallel into wiper arm - 2 - in the direction of the - arrow -. Slide the wiper blade on until the retaining clips engage in the wiper arm.






- If the windshield wiper switch is operated or a speed of 6 km/h (4 mph) is exceeded, the wipers leave the service position.
