Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair

Windshield Washer Pump (V5)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Reservoir

Removing






- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove left front wheel.

- Remove left front wheel housing liner..

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 5 -.

- Place a reservoir under the washer fluid reservoir.

- Remove the clamp - 3 - in the direction of the - arrow - and pull the water lines - 1 - and - 2 - off the windshield washer pump.

- Remove the windshield washer pump - 4 - upward out of the washer fluid reservoir.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Check the sealing grommet for damage.

- Install left front wheel house liner..
