Headlamp Washer Pump: Service and Repair

Headlamp Washer Pump (V11)

Removing






- Remove the washer fluid reservoir. Refer to => [ Washer Fluid Reservoir ] Washer Fluid Reservoir but only pull it out until the headlamp washer pump - 2 - is accessible.

- Place a reservoir under the washer fluid reservoir.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 -.

- Remove the washer fluid hose - 3 - from the headlamp washer pump.

- Remove the headlamp washer pump upward and out of the washer fluid reservoir.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Secure all hose connections using standard hose clamps. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

- Check the sealing grommet for damage.

- Install the washer fluid reservoir. Refer to => [ Washer Fluid Reservoir ] Washer Fluid Reservoir.
