Drive Plate
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Counter Hold Tool (10 - 201)
Removing
• Transmission removed.
- Insert the (10 - 201) to loosen the bolts.
- Remove the bolts and then remove the washer, the drive plate and the shim behind them.
- Vehicles built from 06.10: Install the sensor wheel for the engine speed (RPM) sensor (G28).
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Drive Plate Overview ] Drive Plate Overview
• Replace the drive plate bolts.
- Vehicles built through 05.10: Place the 1.5 mm shim on the crankshaft.
- Be careful of the alignment bushings when installing the other parts.
- Position the (10 - 201) to tighten the bolts.
