Right Exhaust Manifold

Removing

- Remove the right intermediate pipe. Refer to => [ Right Intermediate Pipe ] Right Intermediate Pipe.

- Remove the air filter housing upper section.






Vehicles Built through 05.10

- Loosen the clamps - 1, 2 and 3 -, remove the air duct hoses and move them to the side.






- Loosen the clamps - 2 - and - 3 - and remove the air guide hoses.






• Ignore - 1 -.

All Vehicles

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the right heat shield in the engine compartment.






- Pull the cover over the radiator - arrows -, to do this disconnect the lower coolant hose.






- Remove the right air guide pipe.

- Remove nuts - arrows - and remove the exhaust manifold.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold Overview ] Exhaust Manifold Overview.

• Replace the seals and self-locking nuts.

- Install the air duct hoses and screw-type clamps. Refer to => [ Install the Air Duct Hoses and Screw-Type Clamps. ] Air Duct Pipes and Air Duct Hoses Overview, Vehicles Built Through 05.10.

- Install the air filter housing upper section.

- Install the right intermediate pipe => [ Right Intermediate Pipe ] Right Intermediate Pipe.
