Convertible Top Hydraulic Cylinder

Hydraulic lines, removing and installing => [ Convertible Top Hydraulic Line ] Convertible Top Hydraulic Line.

Bracket drive motor cylinder





- Remove bracket hydraulic cylinder - 1 - from ball sockets - 2 -.

- Unclip hydraulic lines from brackets - 3 - (Qty. 6) and loosen cable ties - 4 - (Qty. 2).

- Remove hydraulic lines and cylinders from convertible top frame and place them in convertible top compartment.

Convertible top compartment cover cylinder

• The convertible top compartment cover cylinder is installed as described above.

Main drive cylinder





- Remove convertible top switch unit bolts - 1 -. The switch unit consists of Convertible Top Closed Position Switch (F202) and Convertible Top Open Position Switch (F171).

- Carefully remove convertible top switch unit from bolting point mounts.

- Remove main hydraulic cylinder securing pins - 2 -.

- Loosen nuts on main hydraulic cylinder bracket until they are removed from the center and can be stored in the vehicle.

Installation is reverse of removal.
