1 Center differential housing

• With or without vibration dampener, depending on version

• Removing and installing with transmission removed, refer to => [ Transmission, Assembly Sequence ] Transmission, Assembly Sequence

• Removing and installing with transmission installed, refer to => [ Self-Locking Center Differential, Transmission Installed ] Self-Locking Center Differential, Transmission Installed

2 Bolt, 10 Nm plus an additional 45° turn

• Quantity: 6

3 Spring

• Mounting onto the flange shaft in the center differential housing

• Do not interchange with the pressure spring => [ (Item 5) Spring ]

• Outer circumference: approximately 35 mm

4 self-locking center differential

• Service by manufacturer only

• Removing and installing with transmission installed, refer to => [ Self-Locking Center Differential, Transmission Installed ] Self-Locking Center Differential, Transmission Installed

• Removing the ball bearing, refer to => [ Remove the Ball Bearing from the Self-Locking Center Differential ] Self-Locking Center Differential

• Installing the ball bearing, refer to => [ Installing the Ball Bearing on the Self-Locking Center Differential ] Self-Locking Center Differential

5 Spring

• Mounting on the pinion/hollow shaft

• Do not interchange with the pressure spring => [ (Item 3) Spring ]

• Outer circumference: approximately 31 mm

6 O-Ring

• Always replace

• Coat with transmission fluid

7 Transmission

• Secure at assembly bracket, refer to => [ Transmission, Assembly Sequence ] Transmission, Assembly Sequence
