1 Resonator

2 Mechanical recirculating valve

3 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101 )

4 Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve (N75)

5 Air filter housing

With mass air flow sensor (G70)

6 Non-return valve

Installation position: Arrow points in direction of flow, as shown in figure.

7 To EVAP canister

8 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve (N80)

9 Turbocharger

10 Crankcase housing ventilation pressure regulator valve

11 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve

12 Non-return valve

Installation position: Arrow points in direction of flow, as shown in figure.

13 To brake booster

14 Vacuum suction jet pump

15 Non-return valve

24 Charge air regulation vacuum diaphragm

When the secondary air combi-valve opens, the mechanical charge air regulation valve in the turbocharger will open and the secondary air will be guided directly to the catalytic converter
