Sliding Headliner

Glass Panel

- Interior trim removed

- Panel removed

- Press sliding headliner at rear upward as shown.





- Remove Torx bolts (T10) of left and right slider housings - 1 - at rear and remove slider housing on both sides.





- Bend sliding headliner slightly upward and disengage rear spring and from front slider.





- Remove Torx bolts (T20) - arrows - only on one side of carrier plate - 1 -.





- Remove carrier plate and remove stop lying beneath it.

- Slide in sliding headliner - 2 - toward rear.





- Pull off front slider - 1 - to the side.

- Remove front slider - 1 - from roof cutout.





- Lift headliner at side out of sunroof





- Assembly is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Solar panel

- Open roof, pull headliner downward out of locking mechanism - arrow - and slide it into roof cutout toward rear.





- Remove Torx bolts - (T25)- at front and rear - arrows -.





- Only loosen center bolt.

- Note solar contact - arrow - when lifting off.





- Pull headliner - 1 - toward front.





- On one side, remove cover of front slider housing - 1 -.





- Pull slider - 1 - sideways out of guide.





- Remove the rear slider - 1 - on the same side.





- Remove headliner at side upward and out of sunroof.
