One-Piece Center Armrest Carrier

Removing

- Remove center armrest=> [ One-Piece Center Armrest ] One-Piece Center Armrest.

- Carefully pry out cover - 1 - from upholstery piece - 2 -, beginning at bottom - arrow -.





- Remove the cover.

- Push down retaining tabs - 1 -.





- At the same time press carrier - 2 - in -direction of arrow- until the carrier tabs disengage from upholstery part guides - 3 -.

- Remove holder with carrier out of upholstery part.

- Pry off locking washer - 1 -.





- Remove pins - 2 -. If necessary, use a drift to do this.

- Disengage stop - 3 - at top on carrier.

- Pry off locking washer - 6 -.

- Remove pin - 7 -. If necessary, use a drift to do this.

- Remove bolts - 4 - (Qty. 2).

- Remove gas-filled strut - 5 -.

- Pry out locking washers - arrows -.





- Pull out joint pins - 1 - and - 3 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

- Locking washers are to be replaced after each removal.

- Ensure the carrier engages completely in the upholstery.
