Front Wheel Housing Liner Front Section

• Front wheel housing liner is in two parts.

• Both parts can be removed and installed independently of one another.

• Note wheel housing liners depending on engine type.

Mounting Points





1 - Front Section of Front Wheel Housing Liner

• Front wheel removed

2 - Metal Screw

• 1 Nm

3 - Metal Screw

• 1.5 Nm

4 - Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

5 - Expanding Clips

• Press in clamping pins only approximately 5 mm and pull out expanding clip released by doing this.

• Before installing, slide back clamping pin.

• After installing, press in clamping pin flush.

6 - Quick-Release Screw

Mounting Points





1 - Rear Section of Front Wheel Housing Liner

• Front wheel removed

2 - Metal Screw

• 1.5 Nm

3 - Metal Screw

• 1.5 Nm

4 - Expanding Clips

• Press in clamping pins only approximately. 5mm and pull out expanding clip released by doing this.

• Before installing, slide back clamping pin.

• After installing, press in clamping pin flush.

5 - Nut

• 1.5 Nm

Rear Wheel Housing Liner





1 - Rear Wheel Housing Liner

• Rear wheel removed.

2 - Nut

• 1.5 Nm

3 - Metal Screw

• 1.5 Nm

4 - Spreader Clip

5 - Clip

• Press in clamping pins only approximately 5mm and pull out expanding clip released by doing this.

• Before installing, slide back clamping pin.

• After installing, press in clamping pin flush.

6 - Bolt

• 1.5 Nm
