13) No mechanical switch. A specific value from the Throttle position sensors -G79-/-G185- is saved in the Engine Control Module (ECM). Signal transmission from Engine Control Module (ECM) to Transmission Control Module takes place over CAN bus.

Note on DTC 18112 / P1704:
^ With the brake pedal depressed and simultaneous full depression of the accelerator pedal as far as Kickdown (Wide Open Throttle) this DTC can be displayed erroneously.
