Notes on DTC 17087 / P0703:
^ The signal from the brake light switch -F- is transmitted by the Engine Control Module (ECM) over the CAN-bus circuit to the Transmission Control Module (TCM).
^ Conditions for DTC recognition: The signals from the brake light switch and the brake test switch are transmitted over the CAN-bus circuit to the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and evaluated there. In the event of an implausibility this DTC is displayed in the Transmission Control Module (TCM).
