Engine block, installing components






Install the following items:
1. ignition coils
Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. fuel rails/fuel injectors
Torque: M6, 10 Nm

3. the sensor
Torque: M6, 10 Nm

4. cover crankcase ventilation
Torque: M6, 10 Nm

5. lifting eyes
Torque: M10, 50 Nm





1. Oil trap
Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. water pipe
Torque: M7, 17 Nm

3. the thermostat housing
Torque: M6, 10 Nm





Install the cable harness.
Torque: M6, 10 Nm





Install the generator.




Install intake manifold. Refer to: Induction pipe, B6324S5 Service and Repair

Install carrier plate. Refer to: Carrier plate, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair





Install transmission.





Install the following items:
1. radiator hose
2. front auxiliary unit console
3. console transmission
4. AC-console
5. water pipe
Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install the engine. Refer to: Engine, installing, B6324S5 Engine, Installing
