The value shows temperature of the brake discs. The brake control module (BCM) calculates the temperature of the brake discs with regards to how long the traction function has controlled or ABS has been activated.
Measurement range: 0- 920 °C

Steering angle value

Note! Only vehicles with DSTC.

The value shows the position of the steering angle. The brake control module (BCM) obtains the value via CAN from the steering wheel module (SWM).
Measurement range: -720 till +720°/s.
Positive values = Left
Negative values = Right

Steering angle speed

Note! Only vehicles with DSTC.

The value shows the speed of the steering angle. The brake control module (BCM) obtains the value via CAN from the steering wheel module (SWM).
Measurement range: -1500 till +1500°/s.

Yaw angle signal (DSTC)

Note! Only vehicles with DSTC.

The value shows yaw angle speed, that is, how fast the vehicle is turned on level ground. The signal from the yaw speed sensor, which is built in to the stability sensor (BSC), give s the brake control module (BCM) information about the vehicle's yaw angle speed (steering direction) in °/s. Positive value indicate steering direction to the left, negative value indicates steering direction to the right.
Measurement range: -80 till +80°/s.

Hint: The value can be affected by sudden lateral movement of the vehicle's rear end or front end.

The value shows the lateral accelerometer's signal, that is, the vehicle's lateral inclination. The signal from the lateral accelerometer, which is built in to the stability sensor(BSC), give s the brake control module (BCM) information about the vehicle's lateral acceleration. Left turn gives a roll to the right, which gives a positive value. A right turn gives a roll to the left, which gives a negative value.
