Parameters, status

Antenna current

Note! Only in vehicles built structure week 201138- or vehicles with new RDAR, changed structure week 201138-.

Indicates how much current the antenna draws.
Measurement range: 0 to 65535 mA.
Normal value: Min 55 mA, max 160 mA.

ECU internal temperature

Note! Only in vehicles built structure week 201138- or vehicles with new RDAR, changed structure week 201138-.

Describes the internal temperature in the ECU.

Signal source

Note! Not present for vehicles built structure week -201137 or vehicles with new RDAR, changed structure week 201138-.

The Remote Digital Audio Receiver (RDAR) can receive and decode a signal from either satellites, ground antennas or both. The control module selects the source whose signal is the strongest.
The following variations of detected sources are possible:
No signal = No signal detected.
SAT1 = Signal from satellite 1 detected.
SAT2 = Signal from satellite 2 detected.
ground transmission = Signal from ground antennas detected.
SAT1 & SAT2 = Signals from satellite 1 and 2 detected.
SAT1 & ground transmission = Signals from satellite 1 and ground antennas detected.
SAT2 & ground transmission = Signals from satellite 2 and ground antennas detected.
All = Signals from all sources detected.

Power supply

Note! Only in vehicles built structure week 201138- or vehicles with new RDAR, changed structure week 201138-.

Describes the power supply from RDAR to the antenna.
Measurement range: 0 to 25.5 V.
